The Day The Earth Stood Still

The Day The Earth Stood Still

Director Scott Derrickson last brought us L Exorcism of Emily Rose and moves on religious chills from the classroom to something great everything. Of course all his status as a 21st century glean, with spectacular and beautiful Keanu Reeve as the monosyllabic messenger from another world (I expect that many people think that was really quite good casting). His take on Robert Wises original 1951 for some classic, others a little trash is largely faithful to the main plot information present and accounted for. The remake conveyer belt continues on its path and this time its The Day The Earth Stood Still getting a replacement, thanks to a cunning fox ER, Fox.
